VICTORIA
Victoria Beal has been hosting and presenting events around Australia for over a decade. With a background in journalism, media and the arts, she moved into tech & startups in 2016.
For more than five years, Victoria managed the operations of a software company Submarine (a Disco Labs product), driving initiatives in diversity & inclusion, community and marketing.
Prior to this, she was the community manager of an ecommerce incubator, helping grow ecommerce businesses from car boot to the Financial Review.
Victoria hosts and facilitates events from 12 person workshops to 1200 person conferences.
When she's not performing for these audiences, she's trialling her material at home - on her toddler & cat. They're big fans.
